1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
Welcome to Zenviko. These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website, purchase products from us, or otherwise use our online store.
Throughout these Terms, “Zenviko”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Zenviko online store.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and reasonable manufacturing variations.
All products are subject to availability. We may change or discontinue products where reasonably necessary.
Products supplied to consumers must comply with applicable consumer rights, including requirements that goods are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your order.
After placing an order, you may receive an order acknowledgement or confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorized, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed at checkout are the prices applicable to your order.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted by us unless required by law or agreed with you.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and charges are displayed on our website and/or during checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the timeframe communicated to you and in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Unless otherwise provided by law, goods remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them. Different rules may apply where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Consumers purchasing online may have statutory rights to cancel eligible purchases, including rights arising under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
For eligible goods, you will generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel. You will then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where a legal exception applies, including certain personalized, perishable or sealed goods.
Your rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are separate from the right to change your mind and are not affected by these Terms.

7. DAMAGED, FAULTY, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description.
We may request reasonable information, photographs or other evidence to help us investigate the issue.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
8. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional terms, availability and expiry dates.
Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers may not be combined.
We reserve the right to withdraw or correct a promotion where there has been an obvious error, fraud or misuse, subject to applicable law.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Content created for the Zenviko website, including our original branding, text, graphics and website content, may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks, photographs, product information and other materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected Zenviko website content without permission except where permitted by law.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services to provide payments, delivery, analytics and other functionality.
Where you use a third-party service, additional terms or privacy practices of that provider may apply.

12. ACCEPTABLE USE

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable law.
The Terms applicable to an order will normally be those in force when the order is placed, subject to applicable law.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you.
Nothing in this section removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law concerning where proceedings may be brought.
